Is Five Dock Exercise Physiology right for your NDIS plan?

We work with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider, which means we cannot bill the NDIA directly for agency-managed participants — but the vast majority of NDIS participants today are either plan-managed or self-managed.

Plan-Managed

Your plan manager pays our invoices directly using your NDIS funding. You don't pay anything out of pocket. Most NDIS participants today are plan-managed — it's the most flexible option.

You pay our invoices yourself, then claim back from the NDIS through your participant portal. Full flexibility on how, when, and with whom you spend your funding.

Agency-Managed (NDIA-managed)

We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we cannot work with agency-managed participants. If you'd like to use our service, you may be able to switch your plan to plan-managed at your next plan review.

Capacity Building Funding

EP services typically come from the "Improved Health and Wellbeing" or "Improved Daily Living" capacity building funding categories. Your support coordinator or plan manager can confirm what your plan allows.

Exercise Physiology supports NDIS participants across the lifespan.

From paediatric clients building motor skills and confidence, through to adults managing the long-term effects of neurological conditions, physical disability, or chronic illness — exercise has measurable benefit when delivered by a clinician who understands your specific situation.
